Chrysanthemum Mint Tea

Ingrediënten
- 5g dried chrysanthemum flowers
- 5g fresh mint leaves
- 300ml boiling water
- Optional: 3 goji berries
Bereiding
- Place chrysanthemum and mint in a cup or teapot.
- Pour boiling water over them.
- Steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Optional: add goji berries for extra yin nourishment.
- Strain and drink lukewarm.
Gebruiksadvies
Drink 1-2 cups per day, preferably in the afternoon. Drink lukewarm.
Contra-indicaties
Not for use with spleen qi deficiency with diarrhea, extreme cold constitution, or during acute fever.
