Pear Radish Lung-Clearing Soup
Transforms Phlegm, clears Heat, purifies Lungs

Ingrediënten
- 1 Chinese pear (peeled, cored, cubed)
- 100g white radish (daikon, peeled, thinly sliced)
- 5g dried lily bulb
- 2 slices fresh ginger
- 600ml water
- Optional: 1 tbsp rock sugar
Bereiding
- Peel pear, remove core, cut into cubes.
- Peel radish and cut into thin slices.
- Soak lily bulb in water for 10 minutes, then drain.
- Bring water to a boil. Add pear, radish, lily bulb and ginger.
- Simmer gently for 30 minutes.
- Optional: add rock sugar for sweetness.
- Serve warm.
Gebruiksadvies
Drink as soup with lunch or dinner, 3-4 times per week during acute phlegm-heat. Drink warm.
Contra-indicaties
Not for use with spleen qi deficiency with diarrhea, extreme cold constitution, or during pregnancy (radish may stimulate contractions).
