Watermelon Cucumber Cooling Smoothie

Ingrediënten

  • 300g watermelon (seedless, cubed)
  • 1 cucumber (peeled, chopped)
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lime (juice)
  • 200 ml cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 tbsp honey

Bereiding

  1. Combine watermelon, cucumber, mint leaves and lime juice in a blender.
  2. Add cold water and blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and add honey if desired.
  4. Pour into glasses with ice cubes.
  5. Garnish with extra mint leaves.
  6. Serve immediately chilled.

Gebruiksadvies

Drink 1 glass per day during warm weather or acute heart fire symptoms. Serve immediately chilled. Very suitable in summer. Do not drink too much with cold stomach.

Contra-indicaties

Not for use with spleen-qi deficiency, diarrhea, cold stomach, or pregnancy.
