Watermelon Cucumber Cooling Smoothie

Ingrediënten
- 300g watermelon (seedless, cubed)
- 1 cucumber (peeled, chopped)
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 lime (juice)
- 200 ml cold water
- Ice cubes
- Optional: 1 tbsp honey
Bereiding
- Combine watermelon, cucumber, mint leaves and lime juice in a blender.
- Add cold water and blend until smooth.
- Taste and add honey if desired.
- Pour into glasses with ice cubes.
- Garnish with extra mint leaves.
- Serve immediately chilled.
Gebruiksadvies
Drink 1 glass per day during warm weather or acute heart fire symptoms. Serve immediately chilled. Very suitable in summer. Do not drink too much with cold stomach.
Contra-indicaties
Not for use with spleen-qi deficiency, diarrhea, cold stomach, or pregnancy.
